Welcome to Test My Brain!
Test My Brain is a website dedicated to internet-based experiments and science education.  We believe the internet provides a unique tool for combining research, education, and self-discovery.
Many psychology experiments are based on data from a small number of individuals from very specific populations.   By making different tests and experiments publicly available on this website, we gain valuable data from a broad cross-section of people that will help us to understand different aspects of the way the mind and brain function and generalize these findings.
So, what's in it for you?  By participating in these experiments, you can learn a bit about your personality and individual aptitudes.   All of our experiments are designed to provide personalized feedback that is specific to you.  By making research relevant and helpful to individuals like you, we aim to make psychology and brain research more accessible and, ultimately, to promote awareness of scientific research.
As Test My Brain grows and evolves, we hope to continually expand our educational content, presenting the latest in brain research as well as results and what we've learned from these experiments.
We hope that Test My Brain and projects like it will help close the gap between research and education.  If you have any questions or comments about this project, please contact us at testmybrain@testmybrain.org.
